In this project, the client required:
1. The power supply method is: battery pack power supply, power supply voltage DC460V - DC640V, the battery will be charged when it is lower than 460V, the battery will be charged back, and the charging voltage does not exceed DC700V; The DC power supply of the inverter has the function of anti-reverse connection;
2. The requirements of the inverter are: the inverter is controlled by external terminals, and the multi-speed method is operated (5-stage speed); The inverter has a power-on buffer device to prevent the battery pack from being burned out by excessive power-on current; PLC can read the operating parameters of the inverter through 485 communication;
In response to the needs of customers, INVT launched the traction locomotive control plan using GD350-19 inverter, which has closed-loop vector control + master-slave power balance form + zero servo function, which can thoroughly deal with the common start-stop and slip problems of traction locomotives, and the customized structure can effectively save the equipment space in the car.
In the plan, the driving method: the main traction selects the GD350-19 inverter to drag one motor, and uses the closed-loop vector form to operate, and the encoder on the motor side equipment feeds back the operating frequency to the inverter to complete the closed-loop vector control; The air compressor is driven by GD350 inverter, and the system runs directly after powering on to ensure the supply of brake air;
Wiring method: GD350-19 inverter is powered by DC, which has the function of anti-reverse connection, and has a power-on buffer device, which can avoid damage to the battery or inverter caused by power-on shock. When the locomotive is in an electric state when it is uphill, the electric energy flows from the battery pack to the inverter, and when it is downhill, it is in the power generation state, and the regenerative energy can be recharged into the battery pack by the inverter;
Control method: the system starts and stops through the terminal control method and multi-stage speed regulation, and the 485 interface communicates with PLC to transmit data (operating frequency, output current, voltage, alarm information, etc.);
Operation method: When the locomotive is running, the pneumatic brake is turned on first, because it may be started on the ramp, and the inverter needs to use zero speed to adhere to the function to ensure that the pneumatic brake does not slip in the process of turning over, and then speed up the operation when the brake is completely turned over. In the process of operation, when there is an emergency, it is often necessary to step on the brakes deeply, at this moment, because the pneumatic braking force increases, it may cause the inverter to trigger overload protection, so it is necessary to disconnect the inverter output, when the foot brake is released, if the gear handle is still there, the inverter can speed to pursue the operation without impact. When the locomotive is stopped, if it is on the ramp, the inverter will slip after stopping the output, so the zero servo function can continue to adhere to the torque output, and wait for the pneumatic brake to hold it after a period of time to complete the stop; The two inverters operate in the form of master-slave speed, and the speed synchronization and power balance of the two motors are completed by the drooping method
