Some ways to deal with the failure of Endershaus mass flow meters.
Hardware failure.
If the error is too large, the integrator will not be displayed or value-added, and blank bits will be displayed for the following reasons:
Non-standard installation will directly lead to zero drift of the flow meter. For example, the mass flow meter is installed near the outlet of the pump, the sensor support strength is insufficient, the flange is improperly welded to generate stress signals, and the cable is subject to electromagnetic interference.
Wiring Issues: If the monitor does not light up, check the power connection of the totalizer. If the fuse is blown out, check that the input voltage is consistent with the nominal value of the standard voltage and the DC form. If the totalizer does not increase with the flow rate, check the wiring of the totalizer. If the totalizer is equipped with a positive and negative program, check the wiring of the flow meter. Due to the incorrect wiring of the flow meter, the integrator does not increase when it reverses.
Changes in the process medium: If the measurement medium is gas-trapped, gasified or two-phase flow, the transmitter will have an alarm display, and in severe cases, the sensor will stop working.
Transmitter failure.
The sensor fails.
Pipe purging.
Software issues.
Mass Flow Meter Troubleshooting - Before installing and using a newly inspected flow meter, attention must be paid to the zero check under the current conditions. Zero calibration can only be performed after the flow meter has been filled with media and the shut-off valves at both ends are closed. There are many ways to do this, such as panel operation, manual manipulation and prolinkii software.
Zero calibration error.
The parameter settings are incorrect.
The power supply pulse fluctuates.
I/O configuration error (the measurement range must be noted).
