The self-calibrating thermometer TM371 with this technology is an all-in-one thermometer for hygienic and aseptic applications that requires no factory shutdown and is fully automated, in-line self-calibrating. The TM371 achieves self-calibration at 118 degrees Celsius after each SIP cleaning batch, and provides complete traceability calibration documentation to ensure accurate temperature measurement.
