To prevent static electricity, do not wipe with a dry rag. Hollow wrists, if necessary, wash as necessary to avoid dust and particulate build-up, clean with a lint-free cloth, and add a small amount of petroleum jelly or similar substances to the wrist surface after cleaning to facilitate later cleaning.
(2) The inspection of the manipulator includes checking whether the bolts are loose and slippery; whether the site of easy release is normal; Whether the variable speed is complete, whether the operating system safety protection, safety devices, etc. are flexible and reliable; Check whether the equipment is corroded, smashed, pulled away and leaked, water, electricity and other phenomena, and the surrounding ground is clean and tidy, free of oil stains and sundries; Check the lubrication situation, and add qualitative and quantitative lubricating oil at regular and fixed points.
(3) The axle braking test of the Fanuc FANUC robot is to determine whether the brakes are working properly, because during operation, each axle motor brake will wear normally and must be tested. The test method is as follows: a. run the manipulator shaft to the corresponding position, and the total weight of the manipulator and all loads at this position reach the maximum value (maximum static load), b. the motor is powered off, c. check whether all axes are maintained in place. If the manipulator still does not change its position when the motor is powered off, the braking torque is sufficient. It is also possible to move the gripper to check if further protective measures are needed. When the mobile Fanuc FANUC robot comes to an emergency stop, the brakes help to stop, so wear and tear may occur. Therefore, repeated tests are required over the life of the machine to verify that the machine is maintaining its original capacity.
