Introduction: The Fisher 4194 Differential Pressure Indicator Controller displays process differential pressure and set points, using a process dial for easy reading. The controller senses two different pressure values and compares the differential pressure between them and the operator's adjusted set value. The available models for this type of controller are: proportional only, proportional + reset, and differential gap controllers. The controller also features anti-auto-reset measures, an internal automatic/manual switcher, and remote setpoint commissioning. The 4194 controller is used in industries that require process monitoring and accurate measurement of differential pressure.

The controller can be mounted directly on the actuator or on a pipe rack, wall, or panel.
You can quickly get a quick idea of differential pressure and deviation from the set point by looking at the two red hands on the 114 mm (4 1/2 in) black and white dial. The other two pressure gauges are used to monitor the compressed air pressure and the output pressure.
