Description: The RSC series is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor capable of taking pressure readings from either a digital output or an analog output within a specified full-scale pressure span and temperature range. It calibrates and temperature-compensates for sensor offset, sensitivity, temperature effects, and nonlinearities by a 24-bit analog-to-digital converter with integrated EEPROM. Pressure data is acquired via the SPI interface at rates ranging from 20 to 2000 samples per second. It is designed for use with non-corrosive, non-ionic gases such as air and other dry gases, and is designed and manufactured according to ISO 9001 standards and is REACH and RoHS compliant.
