Product Overview
NXCQ series contactor emergency start device is a product specially designed and developed for fire water supply system, with the function of manual mechanical emergency start fire pump, in line with the requirements of manual mechanical emergency start function in GB/T50974-2014 "Technical Specification for Fire Water Supply and Fire Hydrant System".
This device cooperates with Kunlun NXC series AC contactor products to combine into emergency starting devices of different current levels, which is suitable for start-stop control of motors with rated working voltage of 400V and rated working current of 400A and below, and can also be used with thermal relay products to protect the motor.
This device has two starting modes: single direct start and star delta start, which is suitable for mechanical emergency start of fire pump with different power, which can meet the different needs of customers.

This device adopts modular design with energy storage structure, which has the characteristics of safety and reliability, high service life, and fast closing and opening speed.
Working conditions and installation conditions:
The ambient air temperature is: -35°C~+70°C, and its average value does not exceed +35°C within 24 hours.
Altitude: up to 2000m:
Atmospheric conditions: The relative humidity of the air does not exceed 50% at a maximum temperature of +70°C. At lower temperatures a higher relative can be allowed
Humidity, e.g. 90% at +20°C. Special measures should be taken for occasional condensation due to changes in humidity.

Installation Category: Class III
Installation conditions: The inclination between the mounting surface and the vertical plane is not more than ±5°
Shock & Vibration: The product should be installed and used in a place free of significant shaking, shock, and vibration.
Enclosure protection level: NXCQ-25~38 is 1P20; NXCQ-40-65, NXCQ-75~100 are IP10; NXCQ-120~400 is IP00.
