7. Avoid maloperation/refusal of maintenance equipment

(1) The maintenance equipment of the transformer must be perfect and reliable, and it is strictly forbidden for the transformer and the high/medium/low voltage side equipment of the transformer to be put into operation without maintenance.

(2) The gas relay should be adjusted correctly and tested regularly to eliminate the mismovement elements caused by short circuit of the contact, such as installing a rainproof cover to avoid the mismovement of the contact when it is damp.

(3) The action signal of the pressure release valve should be connected to the signal circuit, and the action contact of the winding thermometer and the top oil thermometer should be connected to the signal circuit.

(4) The transformer should be equipped with a faulty recorder, and the backup maintenance on each side of the transformer should be powered by different DC power sources, so as to avoid the loss of DC for some reason, the formation of backup maintenance is all paralyzed, and the result of continuous problems and expansion of the incident is cut for a long time.
