1. The human-machine interface is unresponsive, and there is no response to any part of the contact.

Solution: When encountering this situation, first check whether the wiring interface is loose, and then check whether the serial port and the abort number are conflicting, if it is caused by conflict, then the resources should be adjusted to avoid conflict.

Secondly, check whether there are cracks on the surface of the human-machine interface, and replace them in time if cracks are found. In addition, it is also necessary to check the surface of the HMI for dirt, and if so, remove it with a soft cloth. Observe and check whether the indicator light on the control box is working properly, and when it is normal, the indicator light is green and shining.

If the above parts are normal, you can use the replacement method to view the human-machine interface, first replace the control box, then replace the contact screen, and finally replace the host.

2. The human-machine interface is normal but the computer cannot be operated. A human-machine interface, after experiments, everything is normal on its own, but after connecting to the host, the computer cannot be operated.

Solution: There are two reasons for this. First, it may be that the HMI driver version is too low and the latest driver needs to be installed. Second, it may be that before the host starts to load the HMI driver, the HMI control card receives the operation signal, and only needs to power off again before starting the computer.

3. Inaccurate contact. The part of the sonic HMI that touches the screen of the monitor with your fingers cannot complete the corresponding operation normally.

Solution: There are two reasons for this phenomenon. The first possibility is that the reflective fringes of the sound wave screen are slightly damaged, and if this situation is encountered, it will not be able to be completely corrected. The second possibility is that after a period of use, the reflective stripes around the screen are covered by dust, which can be wiped with a dry soft cloth, and then the power is off, the computer is restarted and recalibrated.

Phenomenon: Some areas of the display appear to have a color cast or light spot.

Cause: The environment in which the display is located has a large alternating magnetic field.

Solution: Find out if there are high-power appliances nearby, such as high-power transformers, speakers, and other equipment, and move them away. Use the degaussing function of the display itself to degauss the display. Change the orientation of the monitor to reduce the influence of geomagnetic fields on the display.

Five: display color cast

Phenomenon: All areas of the display appear to have a color cast.

Cause: The color setting of the display is displayed incorrectly or the color setting of the graphics card is rendered incorrectly, and the signal cable plug of the display is in poor contact with the graphics card of the host.

Solution: Use the color setting function of the monitor itself to adjust the color settings and adjust the color settings of the graphics card; Secure the signal cable plug of the monitor to the graphics card to ensure full contact.

Six: the display has no display

Phenomenon: The monitor screen is black, and there is no image.

Causes: There are many reasons for this phenomenon, which are explained below:

Solution:
