The output of the pressurized transmitter does not change, and the output of the pressurized transmitter changes suddenly, and the zero position of the pressure relief transmitter cannot be returned, which is likely to be a problem with the sealing ring of the pressure sensor. It is common that due to the specification of the sealing ring, after the sensor is tightened, the sealing ring is compressed into the pressure port of the sensor to block the sensor, and the pressure medium cannot enter when pressurized, but when the pressure is high, the sealing ring is suddenly opened, and the pressure sensor is changed by pressure. The way to eliminate this fault is to remove the sensor, directly check whether the zero position is normal, if the zero position is normal, you can replace the sealing ring and try again;
2. The comparison deviation between the transmitter and the pointer pressure gauge is large
If the deviation is a normal phenomenon, it is enough to confirm the normal deviation range; The latter type of failure is the effect of the differential pressure transmitter mounting position on the zero output. Due to the small measuring range of the microdifferential pressure transmitter, the sensing element in the transmitter can affect the output of the microdifferential pressure transmitter. When installing, the pressure sensor of the transmitter should be axially perpendicular to the direction of gravity, and the zero position of the transmitter should be adjusted to the standard value after installation and fixation.
3. If the pressure goes up, the output of the transmitter can't go up
In this case, you should first check whether the pressure interface is leaking or blocked, if it is confirmed, check the wiring method and check the power supply, if the power supply is normal, then simply pressurize to see if the output changes, or check whether the zero position of the sensor has output, if there is no change, the sensor has been damaged, it may be that the instrument is damaged or other links of the whole system are problems;
4. The output signal of the transmitter is unstable
This failure is a matter of stressors. The pressure source itself is an unstable pressure, most likely due to the weak anti-interference ability of the instrument or pressure sensor, the strong vibration of the sensor itself, and the sensor failure.
