The PC-MCAT software features a real-time extension that allows Windows and motion controllers to run directly in their own processor cores.
The motion controller's own dedicated EtherCAT master Ethernet port enables packets with less than 1usec vibration.
The 1.91GHzAtom processor is paired with 4G RAM and a high-speed, upgradable 64GSSD to deliver plenty of PC performance for all types of machines.
The PC-MCAT is ideal for machine types that require a combination of PC software and hardware with a powerful 64-axis motion controller. The HDMI interface can be used to drive high-resolution displays with complex operator interfaces.
The 64G SSD can hold a large amount of machine data and recipes. PCMCAT has two built-in Gigabit Ethernet interfaces for industrial communication or connection to a visualization camera whose data can be processed directly in the PC kernel.
