Trio Motion-X advanced motion capability algorithm organically combines motion control and logic algorithms to achieve a variety of complex motion control algorithms on the basis of multi-axis motion control, including multi-axis synchronization, color mark capture, path planning, robot RPS controller algorithms, etc., to form an overall motion control solution.
MC6N-ECAT supports up to 32-axis motion control with 64-bit ultra-high-precision position resolution.
EtherCAT slave drives and I/O can be connected to each other and cyclically synchronized in position, speed, and torque modes.
The MC6N can be programmed in exactly the same way as a conventional analog axis, with the addition of drive settings and process alarms based on the EtherCAT bus. Additional axes can be expanded with Flexslice EtherCAT/O modules. Since all programming is handled in one place, machine control has never been easier.
