SPC800 servo press special control device upper computer based on X86 architecture of industrial computer development, strong function, beautiful picture, strong function scalability, 15-inch touch screen interaction, support USB peripherals, lower computer based on ARM architecture development, integrated with special DSP, to provide high-precision and high-response control of the servo, rich interfaces, support external multi-channel encoder, grating ruler, tonnage meter, light curtain, smart meter and other servo press common peripherals.

SPC800 servo press control system has a variety of built-in programmable process curves, such as double pendulum mode, knuckle mode, etc., customers can choose the curve suitable for processing according to the processing parts and supporting molds, program the defined points, and control the position, speed and residence time of the slider at any time, while the SPC800 control system also provides free point programming function, through the drive of 32 custom points, customers can edit a unique stamping curve that meets their own process cognition.
