Introduction: The Estun/ESTUN DAC-360T control unit provides a convenient and versatile solution for the shearing machine. Based on the latest electronic technology, it is possible to provide control of multiple rear shafts, shear angles, shear lengths and blade clearances according to customer requirements. In addition to backgauge control, the DAC-360T can automatically calculate the required shear angle and clearance value based on material properties and thickness. The shear stroke based on the length of the sheared sheet can be automatically optimized to increase production efficiency.
