Product Description: The flexible shaft interface can be configured via software for feedback or pulse output. When the pulse output is used, the shaft interface can control the stepper or servo drive, or the analog encoder output. When configured for feedback, incremental encoder inputs are supported, or one of the three commonly used absolute encoders SSI, Tamagawa, and Endat. Any feedback shaft with a voltage output can be used to form a closed-loop servo.
