Interference Phenomenon:

The sensor signal (pressure, temperature, displacement, etc.) is collected and displayed by the human-computer interaction device, and the sensor value is displayed inaccurately after the inverter is turned on, which is as follows:

1. Incorrect display of upper or lower limit values, such as 999 or -999.

2. The display value jumps randomly (mostly seen in pressure transmitters).

3. The display value is stable, but there is a large deviation, such as the temperature value is dozens of degrees higher than the normal value (usually more common in thermocouples).

4. The signal collected by the sensor is not directly displayed, but as a feedback signal for the operation of the transmission system, for example, the inverter begins to decelerate when the air compressor reaches the upper pressure, but the inverter begins to decelerate before the actual operation reaches the upper pressure.

5. All kinds of instruments (such as frequency meter, ammeter, etc.) connected by the analog output (AO) of the inverter, when the inverter is turned on, the meter display is seriously inaccurate.

6. The system uses a proximity switch, when the inverter is turned on, the proximity switch indicator flashes on and off, and the output level is accidentally flipped.
