1. Correct installation method of pressure sensor:
(1) Verify the frequency response value of the pressure sensor under normal atmospheric pressure and standard temperature conditions with appropriate instruments.
(2) Verify the correctness of the code of the pressure sensor and the corresponding frequency response signal.
2. Determine the specific installation location
In order to determine the number of the pressure sensor and the specific installation location, it is necessary to consider the individual inflation sections of the inflatable net.
(1) The pressure sensor must be installed along the cable, preferably at the cable connector.
(2) Each cable should be equipped with no less than 4 pressure sensors, and the two pressure sensors close to the telephone office should not be 200m apart.
(3) Install one at the beginning and one at the end of each cable.
(4) Each cable should be equipped with 1 branch point, if the two branch points are close to each other (less than 100 m), only 1 can be installed.
(5) One should be installed at the change of cable laying mode (overhead and underground).
(6) For cables without branches, the installation distance of the pressure sensor is not more than 500m due to the consistent cable program of the base line, and the total number of pressure sensors is not less than 4.
(7) In order to facilitate the determination of the fault point of the pressure sensor, in addition to the installation of the pressure sensor at the starting point, 150-200m away from the starting point, another one should be installed, of course, in the design, economic and technical factors must be considered, in the place where the pressure sensor does not need to be installed, it should not be installed.
Check the dimensions
If the size of the mounting hole is not suitable, the threaded part of the high-temperature melt pressure sensor is easily subject to wear during installation, which will not only affect the sealing performance of the equipment, but also make the sensor not fully functional, and may even cause safety hazards. Thread wear can only be avoided if the mounting hole is suitable (thread industry standard 1/2-20UNF2B) and can usually be inspected with a mounting hole gauge to make appropriate adjustments.
