The structure of the adjustable pressure reducing valve is composed of a main valve, a pressure feedback system, and a control pipeline. The main valve is composed of main parts such as valve body, diaphragm seat, valve cover, diaphragm, valve stem, valve plate, etc. The adjustable pressure reducing valve is installed on the one-way water supply pipeline in the city, which can reduce the upstream (inlet) pressure of the higher valve to the downstream (outlet) pressure that meets the requirements of use, and the adjusted downward pressure remains constant no matter how the upstream pressure and flow rate change. The pressure feedback system consists of a pilot valve assembly and a control pipeline. The control pipeline is composed of gate valves, filters, pressure gauges, and pipeline accessories. The outlet pressure of the adjustable pressure reducing valve is controlled by a conditioning bolt on the pilot valve, which works in harmony with the needle valve on the pilot valve, and once the pressure is set, the pressure behind the valve is always kept constant. When the main valve is opened, the medium flowing to the outlet also enters the upper cavity of the diaphragm chamber of the main valve through the pilot valve, so that the opening height of the main valve plate is stable at a certain value, so that the pressure behind the valve is constant. When the outlet pressure increases, the medium increases the pressure of the upper chamber of the main valve through the pressure feedback system, and the pressure balance of the upper and lower chambers of the main valve is destroyed, and the opening value of the valve is reduced, so that the flow rate of the medium through the opening is improved and the kinetic energy is changed, and the pressure behind the valve is reduced. On the contrary, when the pressure behind the valve drops, the opening of the main valve plate increases, and the pressure behind the valve increases.
