The program can identify the failure of the communication between the touch screen and the PLC
The general method is to use heartbeat detection, say a bool, the HMI fixed frequency will set the point in place, and the PLC will reset it after receiving the point as an ON signal. If the signal of ON is not received within a period of time, such as 5 seconds, the communication is considered to be suspended.
The PLC transmits the memory clock byte to the screen, and the screen uses a script to assign the value of this byte to the address in another PLC, and then the PLC determines whether the two scanning cycles of the returned byte are the same, and if so, it is clarified that the communication is suspended.
For example, the process is as follows:
1. Set up DB1 data block in PLC, and set up two switching quantities in it: "PLC second switch" and "man-machine echo switch";
2. Connect these two variables in the human-machine variable;
3. Add "inverted" to the attribute - thing - value change of the man-machine "PLC second switch" variable, so that the "man-machine echo switch" variable changes with the change of "PLC second switch";
4. Program in the PLC program block, let the "PLC second switch" reverse every 0.5 seconds, and then use the TON delay command to make the "man-machine echo switch" output within 1 second without action The human-machine communication fails, because the "human-machine echo switch" will no longer change after the human-machine communication is abnormal.
