Round tube cold rolling mill is a new type of steel tube cold rolling processing equipment. The machine can process round pipes with a diameter of 12-24 mm into cold-rolled steel pipes with a diameter of 5-12 mm. Principle of round tube cold rolling mill equipment:
The cold rolling mill head is a finely machined component and is easy to be damaged, so the demand feeding servo is accurately fed when the head is turned over through the synchronous action of the electronic cam.
The cold rolling mill head is driven by the inverter to drive the motor at a constant speed, and the operation cycle of the head is large turning, large closing, small flipping, and small closing. When the steel pipe is opened, the steel pipe travels at a set interval, and the machine head also rotates to set the viewpoint, and the large flip and small flip interval and viewpoint setting are different.

1. In order to ensure the safety of the cold rolling mill head and the speed of equipment production, the delay requirement of the cold rolling mill head action and the conveying servo feed and rotary servo action is less than 1 millisecond.
2. In order to facilitate customer debugging, the rotary servo action and the conveying servo action need to be corrected and smoothed in the electronic cam meshing operation.
3. The cooperation logic of the two conveying servo actions is complex, and the number of periodic cam feed actions, the interval of return actions and the opportunity to start the feed action are flexibly controlled in the program.
