CDQ silo project at the in-plant delivery office
The dry quenching silo project of the transportation department in the plant is contracted by CCID, the primary equipment is the belt conveyor, and the inverters of the project are supplied by INVT. The drive and automatic control of the permanent magnet synchronous motor are completed, and the system can adjust the operating speed of the equipment in real time according to the process requirements.
Domestic substitution
Some imported brand inverters used on site have abnormal supply of spare parts due to model discontinuation and other reasons, resulting in an impact on production. INVT IPE300 series inverter has been optimized for the replacement of imported brands, adding the corresponding function of seamless replacement, which can be quickly replaced on site without modifying the control system. Completed the use of replacement roller tables and fan inverters at Nippon Steel's Long Products Manufacturing Division.
