The 8000 type electronic control system plan of fracturing skid installation mainly focuses on the needs of efficient exploration and benefit development, and the electronic control system plans to select 2 GD5000 series high-voltage inverters, as well as outlet cabinets, low-pressure control cabinets, refrigeration systems, security systems, etc. Through PLC, the system is controlled by logic, environmental detection and data communication. Two GD5000 high-pressure inverters can operate at the same time, and the "zipper" fracturing of shale oil well groups is carried out for the first time in the field, improving the fracturing efficiency by more than 50%.
Under the strategic planning of oilfield deployment and the system plan, the horizontal section length of the two wells reached 1,562 meters and 1,942 meters.
After the completion of the process conversion, a set of fracturing trucks was shared to replace the staged fracturing 24 hours a day, which greatly improved the fracturing time, and the two wells were calculated to carry out 56 sections of fracturing.
