This granule packaging machine adopts the top drug delivery method, the spindle adds an encoder, and the longitudinal sealing, horizontal sealing, cross-cutting, and secondary conveying line are operated according to the angle of the spindle encoder. The process of longitudinal sealing, horizontal sealing, font heating and other processes is controlled by temperature control module, and the temperature control accuracy can reach 1°C.
After cross-cutting, the drug is placed on the primary delivery line by the cylinder picking and delivery equipment, and there are two bins at the end of the primary delivery line, and when the counting quantity is reached, the baffle is turned over, and the drug falls to the secondary transportation line. There is a counting device in the upper warehouse, assuming that the quantity of drugs sent by the delivery line does not match the setting, the drug will be withdrawn from the delivery line by a baffle controlled by a cylinder on the secondary delivery line, so as to reach the intention of eliminating the unqualified product, and finally the qualified number of drugs to reach the set number enter the next process.

Color mark capture: the system uses a color mark sensor to capture the color mark signal, when the signal is collected, the program enters the interrupt sub-program, calculates the difference between the current color mark orientation and the set direction in the sub-program, and then calculates the data and transmits it to the longitudinal seal servo. The actual accuracy can reach about 1mm, which meets the needs of customers. Before each equipment is put into use, skilled personnel are required to debug the condition of the equipment, the orientation angle of the bag cylinder, the orientation of the cross-cutting knife, etc.
