AITO Wenjie M5 is jointly produced by two smart factories, the Liangjiang factory of Cialis and the university town factory of Jinkang Power. Among them, the Liangjiang plant of Cialis is mainly responsible for body manufacturing and assembly, while the Jinkang Power University Town plant is mainly responsible for providing support for motors, electronic controls and battery modules.

Built in accordance with Industry 4.0 standards, the welding workshop is equipped with 314 FANUC robots, with an automation rate of 100%, and adopts advanced laser remote flight welding technology.

In Jinkang Power's university town factory, the stator production line of the drive motor adopts integrated winding, embedding and expansion equipment, and the production process is 100% automatically completed by the FANUC robot workstation, which greatly improves the reliability of the rotor.
