The Honeywell HF561 Series 2D Imager Module is a powerful 2D barcode scanner that delivers superior scanning performance to easily read on-screen barcodes for high throughput and increased customer efficiency. The HF561 series is a small, flexible enclosure that can be easily integrated into a wide range of kiosk equipment. With enhanced scanning performance, excellent reading capabilities (especially for barcodes on highly reflective surfaces), and an ultra-wide field of view for ease of use, it is a reliable scanning solution for fixed installations. The performance-enhanced HF561 series delivers earlier performance and reliability to simplify kiosk device integration and speed up barcode scanning for high-volume applications. Based on a proprietary global shutter sensor (844 px x 640 px) with a maximum motion tolerance of up to 3 m/s [9.8 ft/s], it can effectively increase customer scanning speed and productivity. Rugged designWith an IP54 sealing rating, the HF561 series can be used in both indoor and outdoor kiosks. Easy to integrate, the HF561 series comes out-of-the-box with decoded 2D optics, housing, pre-drilled mounting holes, and USB or serial ports, minimizing the need for additional components when integrated into customer equipment, simplifying customer installation and helping to lower total cost of ownership. SR/ER OptionsThe HF561 series is available in SR (Standard Range) and ER (Extended Range) versions to meet the needs of different customer applications. The SR version is suitable for close reading and has a wide reading angle, while the ER version has a longer reading distance. Feature: The two-line LED scan status indicator changes color and flashes continuously during the decoding process to indicate that the barcode was successfully read. Easy integration into a wide range of barcode reading devices provides application flexibility. SR and ER optics allow customers to choose between an ultra-wide field of view or a longer read distance to meet different application requirements. Fast decoding of 1D and 2D barcodes with superior reading capabilities for reading codes on highly reflective surfaces, such as mobile phone screens, provides application flexibility. Four pre-drilled screw holes on the back of the housing allow for easy customer installation. Applications: High-throughput, customer-facing OEM applications such as: access control for self-service kiosks, stadiums, event venues, public transportation facilities, and more
