1. The industrial computer has a long working time. 2. The internal temperature of the industrial computer is too high. In an environment that requires long-term high-temperature work, computer components are prone to aging, and the frequency of hard disk faults is also higher. This requires the CNC cutting machine operators of the factory to pay close attention to the temperature of the chassis, and try to keep the temperature of the industrial computer between 10-30 degrees Celsius, too high and too low temperature are not suitable for the maintenance of the hard disk, if the temperature of the chassis reaches 30 degrees Celsius, the temperature of the internal hard disk will reach 40 degrees or higher. We can briefly transform our industrial computer to achieve the effect of lowering the ambient temperature.
(1) Replace the high-power CPU and hard disk fan (the hard disk fan should be fixed and should not be installed on the hard disk firmware rack to prevent the hard disk from causing a sensation due to the rotation of the fan) to speed up heat dissipation.
(2) Install an electric fan inside the chassis to exhaust air to the outside of the chassis to increase air convection;

3. The ambient humidity is not suitable. Industrial computers are mainly composed of integrated circuits of many electronic components, and their insulation function is very related to the ambient humidity. If the humidity is too high, the circuit board will be short-circuited and burned; If the humidity is too low, static electricity will be generated slightly, and some electronic components will also break down. Therefore, too much humidity and too little humidity will bring potential threats to the industrial computer. The problem of electrostatic protection requires us to have excellent grounding on > industrial computer. This can effectively reduce the damage caused by static electricity.
4. The ground tremor is greatly felt. In the production of machinery manufacturing plants, due to the physical displacement actions such as drag and sensation, not only brings huge noise, but also brings huge damage to industrial computer disks, optical drives, and floppy drives when the equipment is operated. In many data exchanges in the automatic control system, the long-term and high-speed operation of the disk, due to the sensation transmitted to the disk, leads to the decline of disk read and write ability, slow head positioning, and even disk damage, thus reducing the sensation of the industrial computer environment and is conducive to the maintenance of the disk. 5. There are many inhalable particles in the air. This situation mostly occurs around cooling fans such as CPUs, power supplies, hard disks, and graphics cards. 6. The power supply voltage fluctuates greatly and is prone to power failure.
