Memory is mainly composed of memory chips, circuit boards, and gold fingers. Reasons why memory is not compatible with industrial motherboards:

1. The memory module is not standardized, and the memory module is a bit thin. When the memory pierces into the memory slot, there is a certain gap. If there is vibration or dust falling during the use of the industrial computer, it will cause the memory to touch poorly and generate an alarm.

2. The gold finger of the memory module has poor craftsmanship, and the appearance of the gold finger is poorly plated. In the long-term use process of the industrial motherboard, the oxide layer on the surface of the gold finger gradually thickens, and after accumulating to a certain extent, it will cause the memory to touch poorly, and the memory will alarm when the industrial computer is turned on.

3. The quality of the memory slot is poor, the gold finger touch of the reed and the memory module is not real, and after a period of use, the memory is not lit, and the industrial computer is powered on to alarm.

4. Typical incompatibility is: the same memory, some industrial motherboards can be used, and some industrial motherboards cannot be started normally or often crash.

How to deal with memory incompatibility with industrial motherboards:

1. Use an eraser to carefully wipe the gold finger of the memory module clean and re-stab it into the slot.

2. Use hot melt adhesive to fill the gap between the two ends of the memory slot to avoid continued oxidation during use.

3. If the alarm is presented after a period of use, replace the memory module first to see if the alarm is still displayed in the subsequent application process.
