According to the control requirements, the motor responds to the speed and working power, and the INVT AX70 series programmable controller is selected, and the CanOpen bus controls the servo to control the operation of the equipment, which is convenient for customers to install and debug on site. Due to the advantages of high-speed communication and easy wiring of Modebus TCP communication, a touch screen with TCP network port is used.

3. Fast response speed of bus control: This solution adopts bus control, which greatly improves the response speed compared with traditional communication methods, simplifies wiring and facilitates customers.
4. Concise operation of touch screen formula function: The touch screen program is powerful, the interactive interface similar to WeChat is simple and easy to understand, the operation is easy to use, the formula function is convenient to call, the formula data can be imported and exported, which simplifies the workload, and the molding parameters are set with a time axis navigation chart to prevent the impact phenomenon due to improper time setting.
