Detection method:
The inverter is composed of countless electronic components, which will produce a lot of heat when working, and if the on-site ambient temperature is too high, it will also cause the inverter to report high temperature and shut down.
Open and close the distribution cabinets, at the same time, under the same working conditions, compare the temperature rise of the inverter. If the operation time of the opening door is long or the fault is not reported, and the fault is reported for a short time when the door is closed and the carrier frequency operation is acquiesced, it is clear that the heat dissipation system of the distribution cabinet is not well planned.
Whether the cooling fan in the cabinet of the inverter device is operating normally or rotating, resulting in the ambient temperature in the cabinet being too high.
Way:
Lowering the temperature of the inverter location, such as installing air conditioners or fans.
Properly reduce the carrier frequency and open the door of the distribution cabinet to operate in a short time.
Repair the fan in the cabinet.
The fan is abnormal
Detection method:
Whether the fan is stuck with foreign objects.
Plug the fan back in and start the inverter again to check whether the fan is rolling.
In the running state of the inverter, use a multimeter to test the fan interface terminal, if there is a 24V output, it is clear that the fan is faulty. If there is no 24V output, seek the manufacturer's treatment
Way:
Eradicate foreign bodies.
Replace the same standard fan.
How to remove the fan:
1. Gently press the buckle of the plastic fan cover to remove the fan cover.
2. After lifting the fan, unplug the terminal of the fan and disassemble it
The radiator air duct is blocked
Detection method:
If the fan is rolled, and the shredded paper strip is held at the air outlet of the inverter, the air volume can be felt to be significantly small, and the air duct may be blocked; Check whether there are a lot of foreign objects such as cotton wool, yarn, dust, and oil in the radiator air duct blocking the radiator air duct.
Way:
Sort out foreign objects such as cotton wool, yarn, dust, and oil stains in the radiator.
Arrangement:
1. Remove the fan
2. Use boring compressed air to sort out foreign objects from the position of the fan device
3. Use a thin and hard object with appropriate remote remoteness to sort out the dust between the heat sinks, and then blow the radiator from the upper net with boring compressed air, repeating repeatedly
