The automatic turning machine not only reduces labor intensity through flexible and simple operation according to market demand, but also greatly improves the delivery power. The traditional models on the market are not only messy to operate, but also have a high fault rate, and the adaptability of some products is not good. The new automatic take-up machine deals with the above needs in a targeted manner, and is easier to use and more applicable to the market.
According to customer needs, INVT launched the use of intelligent AX71 series programmable controller to use excellent motion control, whether it is parameter adjustment, fault alarm, servo drive and inverter all input and output control of the whole machine are completed by the controller.
The paper separation part is mainly the conveyor belt structure to convey the paper well, and the GD20 inverter is used to control the motor in the transmission, and the transmission process is optimized in the paper separation structure, so as to reduce the phenomenon of paper jamming.
Combined with the high-performance DA200 servo driver, the paper turning part optimizes the motion control curve to reduce the mechanical impact, and the servo drive electromagnetic brake locks the motor in time after the fault occurs, so as to ensure the safety of production personnel and mechanical safety.
Finally, the human-machine interface is combined with the VS touch screen to give users a more convenient and efficient operation method. AX71 motion controller realizes three-part five-axis motion control in the controller. Each part is tightly and functionally integrated to optimize the process flow in production. AX controller expandable IO interface, servo drive tight structure, high-speed response servo motor, triple overload ability, these advantages allow customers to reduce wiring in the distribution box, compared with the traditional model electrical box structure has become more compact, customer electronic control wiring fault inspection is simpler.
Plan Features:
1. PLC: high-performance AX71 controller, EtherCAT bus communication, the use of electronic cam to rotate the paper, the movement process is smooth. The paper pushing part and the paper turning part use the full servo motion process to control the orientation and movement rate.
2. INVT DA200 high-precision fast-echoing servo drive. The primary control motor is an absolute motor, which is precise and reliable in azimuth, and the process is variable for different machine rates. The brake servo motor ensures the stability of the running mechanism and avoids the mechanical drop caused by arbitrary problems. Because of the mechanical structure or the mechanical fault caused by the operator, the servo drive fault or the servo motor fault, the efficient and stable brake motor will ensure that the machinery is not damaged to the maximum limit, and the personnel damage caused by the mechanical drop is guaranteed.
3. Control system: servo motor and bus plan, simple debugging, electronic cam control of paper turning, cam curve optimization and smoothness, acceleration and deceleration process and small mechanical impact during operation. The process is streamlined, which can be started and stopped in arbitrary directions, and the operation is simple and one-click operation.
4. Excellent control system: After adjusting the parameters for different products, different control and operation effects can be well aimed at different products, and the applicability to the products is higher. The factory debugging of the whole machine is also simpler, and the parameters and other settings do not need to be set in a targeted manner.
