2. Acceleration time (acceleration ramp time) SEt - ACC and deceleration time (deceleration ramp time) SEt - dEC
The acceleration time is the time required for the inverter to accelerate from 0 Hz to an additional frequency (typically 50 Hz), and the acceleration ramp type is set by FUn—rPC—rPt. The deceleration time is the moment it takes for the inverter to decelerate from the extra frequency to 0Hz. The set acceleration and deceleration time must match the acceleration and deceleration of the load. The higher the power of the motor, the longer the acceleration and deceleration time required. Generally, for motors below 11kW, the acceleration and deceleration times can be set within 10 seconds.
For large-capacity motors, if the acceleration time is too short, the inverter may overcurrent trip; Setting the deceleration time is too short, and the inverter may overvoltage trip. Regarding the condition of multi-motor synchronous operation, if the acceleration time is set too short, the inverter may be over-current tripped, and the acceleration time is set to be too long, and the synchronization performance during driving will deteriorate; If the deceleration time is too short, the inverter may be overvoltage tripped, and the deceleration time is too long, because the power of each motor is different and the load difference is large, which may make the motors unable to stop at the same time, forming difficulties in the next start-up.
Therefore, when multiple motors are running synchronously, it is necessary to set the acceleration and deceleration time, which is also one of the main items of equipment commissioning.
3. Save the equipment drC (or I-O, CtL, FUn)-SCS
Frequently used settings or those that are feasible after on-site commissioning can be saved and restored when needed. However, you can only save equipment once, and when you save it again, the original saved settings will be replaced by the newly saved settings.
As soon as the SCS parameters are saved, they are actively changed to nO.
4. Return to factory settings/rehabilitation equipment drC (or I-O, CtL, FUn)-FCS
During the commissioning of the inverter, it may occasionally produce functions and data disorders due to improper operation and other reasons, and in this case, you can restore the equipment (FCS parameter set to rECI) or return to the factory setting (FCS parameter set to InI), and then set the parameters from scratch.
As soon as the FCS parameter is saved, it is automatically changed to nO.
5. Motor phase loss detection FLt-OPL
Motor phase loss detection is the basic function of the inverter, and it is also necessary for actual use. However, in the test bench of Jinan Xingke, because the motor power is too small and no-load, the motor current is almost equal to zero, and the inverter cannot detect the motor current, thinking that the motor is not connected. Therefore, in the laboratory, the OPL parameter must be set to nO (motor phase loss is not detected), otherwise the inverter cannot operate. However, in actual use, the OPL parameter must be set to yES (motor phase loss detection).
