The current production line speed can be more than 350 pieces/min except for the intermediate transfer device, so the speed of the intermediate transfer device has become a major bottleneck for the breakthrough of production line efficiency.
As shown in the figure above, the blister machine and the cartoning machine are arranged vertically, and the blister machine discharges a total of 10 blisters in 2 rows and 5 rows at a time, and we need to transfer these 10 blisters to the belt of the cartoning machine that is conveyed at a uniform speed downstream according to a single row of 10 columns.

01. Maximize speed through customized programs
