At an exhibition in 2020, Eco was attracted by the graphical programming interface of the Jieka robot, and after a multi-faceted investigation, Eco introduced several JAKA Zu 7 cobots to develop an automatic hinge inlay system.

Stable and durable: Since the barrel temperature of the injection molding machine reaches 80°C, long-term high-temperature work puts forward higher requirements for the durability of the robot. The metal shell and stuffy cover of the cobot are resistant to high temperatures and more durable. At the same time, the card has obtained the authoritative certification of a third-party organization, and the average trouble-free time reaches 50,000 hours, reducing the maintenance risk for customers.
Easy programming: The programming language barrier is one of the pain points in the eyewear production industry. The industry's first wireless teaching and graphical programming technology, and support pure Chinese teaching, making robot operation simple and easy to use. After half a day of training, customers can reach the professional production level and work on the job.
