Since receiving the notice issued by Shanghai on the evening of March 27 on the new round of nucleic acid screening in the city, Mr. Xie Weidong, CEO of East Asia, convened an emergency meeting of the epidemic prevention leading group in China overnight to organize the deployment of closed-loop production in advance, including epidemic prevention safety measures, nucleic acid testing arrangements, logistics material reserves, on-site personnel management, and remote office equipment for office personnel.

With the rapid response of the management and the epidemic prevention team, the sleeping bags and food and other materials were delivered to more than 70 employees of the Lenze Lingang factory overnight on the evening of the 27th, and a suitable venue was arranged to provide employees with good rest and accommodation conditions.

In addition to three meals a day and banana yogurt, relevant cultural and sports activities are also organized to enrich the spare time life of employees. At the same time, the on-site management personnel actively listened to the voices of front-line employees, took the initiative to collect the list of needs, and did their best to meet the supply of materials.

According to the requirements of the notice, the company organized closed-loop production employees to participate in nucleic acid screening and testing for all employees in an orderly manner. The testing site is stable and orderly, and we cooperate with the CDC nucleic acid testing personnel to carry out their work, especially at this most critical stage, every hour and minute is very precious.

At the same time, we do not relax our prevention and control requirements, and regularly carry out epidemic prevention measures such as comprehensive cleaning and sanitizing of production and office areas every day to ensure the cleanliness and safety of a closed-loop working environment. In order to ensure the needs of working from home, the Lenze IT department delivered laptops to each colleague's home as soon as possible, so that work could be carried out steadily during the home period.
