Our biggest task is to provide a screen that is bright and clear even in direct sunlight. Therefore, we equip the display modules of the SP5000X series with high-brightness LCD panels and treat the surface to reduce glare.
We have applied comprehensive UV protection to ensure the longevity of the product. All exposed plastic parts have been upgraded to metal and glass that are UV-resistant. The LCD and touchscreen components are made of materials that block 99% of UV rays and have a peel-resistant surface.
From arctic ice fields to scorching deserts, the SP5000X series is built to withstand any geographical area and is resistant to dust and water. We pay special attention to ensuring that our products can withstand harsh temperatures, especially extreme cold temperatures, to meet the needs of our customers. With advanced coatings on substrates, power supplies, and liquid crystal components, the product is able to withstand these extreme environments.
Considering the use in construction equipment, the product has 2 times stronger vibration resistance and 2.7 times better impact resistance compared to traditional indoor human-machine interfaces. Rather than applying ordinary standards for shock and vibration resistance, we ensure that our products meet the stringent requirements of on-board equipment. In addition, all cables and power connections are fixed to prevent them from disconnecting due to shock or vibration.
Due to its suitability for special vehicles, the SP5000X series is compatible with a wide range of power supply environments from DC12V to 24V. Unlike other engine-driven equipment, it is often affected by voltage drops during engine start-up and shutdown, allowing the equipment to run smoothly at all times.
