Fisher valve positioner commissioning steps

Step 1: Connect the Rosemount 475 communicator

1. Enter the interface and select HART; Enter after selecting online; If there is an alarm signal, select YES and enter;

2. Select configure from the online drop-down menu and press Enter. Select the calibration menu and press Enter; Select Auto Calibration;

3. Select out of service from the warning menu; After selecting CONTINUE, enter to select travel control; The automatic calibration of the valve does not need to be operated, just wait until the interface shown in the following figure;

4. The automatic verification is completed and the OK key is confirmed; Select OK; The modification is changed to the In service state, and the calibration is completed.

Step 2: Fisher Locator Feedback Debugging Instructions

1. Select Manual Setup in the Configure menu. Select Mode Protection to change in service to OUT of service; Choose to change the gauge mode; Select Out of Service. Enter; Warm reminder to select OK;

2. Select outputs in manual setup to set the tracker feedback; Select Output Terminal; Select Output Terminal; Select Enable and enter; Be sure to select Send to complete the feedback usage settings. Remember to change the valve back to the in service state.

Step 3: The base station check button is activated

Activate the function under the manual setup menu; Function activation: select send, complete the setting of the junction box self-travel calibration button; Press the debugging button for 3-10 seconds, the valve will automatically perform stroke calibration, and the valve will automatically perform stroke calibration.

Step 4: Adjust the sensitivity

If you find that the valve under the Fisher valve positioner is oscillating, or the valve is moving too slowly, you can adjust the Tuning Set (simply understood as sensitivity) to improve it, and click send. There is a "C D E F G H I J K L M" optional, the C valve is the slowest response, the M valve is the fastest, and the faster the reaction, the easier it is to cause oscillation.

Step 5: Set the Instrument Mode

Perform positioner verificationWhen the parameters are adjusted during positioner verification and parameter adjustment, it is generally necessary to put the Instrument Mode in the Out Of Service (or Not In Service) state, and after the verification and adjustment are completed, it must be put into In Service!
