There are not many disturbance sources of pressure sensors, first of all, radio frequency disturbance, mainly the disturbance of the start-up and abort of operation of large-scale power equipment and the disturbance of higher harmonics, such as the disturbance of the thyristor rectifier system. The second is the electrostatic induction of the sensor, which is also called capacitive coupling because there is parasitic capacitance between two branch circuits or components, so that the charge on one branch is transmitted to the other branch through the parasitic capacitance. The second is leakage current induction, because the internal component brackets, binding posts, printed circuit boards, capacitors internal media or shells of electronic circuits are poorly insulated, especially the application environment humidity of the sensor is large, and the insulation resistance of the insulator decreases, resulting in the increase of leakage current will cause disturbance. In particular, when the leakage current flows into the input stage of the measurement circuit, the effect is particularly severe. There is also electromagnetic induction, when there is mutual inductance between two circuits, the change of current in one circuit will be coupled to the other circuit through the magnetic field, this phenomenon is called electromagnetic induction. For example, transformers and coils leakage magnetic flux, energized parallel wires, etc. In the end, there may be some other disturbances, and the on-site safety production monitoring system is susceptible to the above disturbances, because the working environment of the system is poor, and it is also susceptible to mechanical disturbance, thermal disturbance and chemical disturbance.

It is very helpful to understand the disturbance source of the pressure sensor, once we find that the signal output is inaccurate and disturbed when we use the pressure sensor, we can sweep it from the above aspects, so as to help us find out the disturbance source faster and ensure the normal progress of the project.
