1 Introduction
Northerners mainly eat pasta, and cake food is the main product in pasta. Almost all of the cakes made at home are done by hand, and at present, domestic cake processing enterprises are semi-automatic production methods. The labor cost is high, the production efficiency is low, and it is difficult to scale the cake produced by the individual because of the uneven shape, size and gram weight of the cake. The Lenze product-based production line for flying cakes and finger cakes has greatly reduced manual work and has been automated from dough mixing to packaging and warehousing.
2 Lenze Solution
The main raw materials of the production line are noodles and water, according to the different products, the water and noodles are mixed with green onions, oil, etc. in a certain proportion, and the noodles are conveyed to the dough belt after multiple calendering, and the noodles are cut into the same gram weight through the gate knife. The dough is placed equidistant by means of a dough roller, then transported to the extrusion belt by the upper and lower laminations, and the dough is pressed into dough of the same size by two stampings. Finally, it is packed and transported to the cold storage through the film cutter and the discharging device.
All the electrical parts of the production line, including reducer, motor, inverter, PLC, and touch screen, are all Lenze products. The product configuration is as follows.
3 Main features implemented
(1) The stability has been improved and the operation is convenient. In the past, when changing the production speed, it was very cumbersome to modify the parameters of each inverter. Now make ten kinds of recipes, and you can switch between different pie types, ingredients, and speeds with one click.
(2) The weight accuracy is controlled within ±5 grams, and the weight control is mainly controlled by the gate knife and the cutting surface belt, and the gate knife is controlled by two proximity switches, control command words and encoders simulating a cam curve.
(3) The positioning control of the stamping belt should stop for stamping every time the cake length is walked, and there can be no cumulative error in this fixed length, otherwise the membrane cutter will produce waste products in the cake cutting process. The positioning control uses the positioning control module that comes with the 8400HL, and the control accuracy is ±0.2mm, which is comparable to the servo control accuracy.
(4) The membrane cutter will stop at the highest position every time the machine is stopped, which is convenient for the operator to pull the membrane and tighten the knife.
(5) Each device has separate operation and online operation mode, and some equipment has a separate test function.
4 Lenze Highlights
(1) Lenze has been committed to the development and application of drive control, and the production line is fully automated. The production line runs 24 hours a day, with a production speed of 2,460 knives per hour, and five cakes per knife is a total of 12,300 cakes per hour.
(2) Lenze's 8400 series inverters are divided into four grades: BaseLine, StateLine, HighLine, and TopLine from low to high, with different degrees of free programming functions, which can meet the needs of customers at different levels. The control module of the inverter itself has high control accuracy and simple programming. It can reduce the computing pressure of the PLC.
(3) The P300 all-in-one PLC and touch screen all-in-one machine launched by Lenze saves installation space and improves reliability.
(4) Lenze's selection tool DSD can be selected and calculated according to the parameters provided by the customer, which greatly reduces the amount of calculation and provides a basis for future debugging.
(5) G500 series geared motor is a newly developed geared motor developed by Lenze, which is divided into three series: G500-H, G500-S and G500-B, which are coaxial reducer, parallel shaft reducer and orthogonal shaft reducer. The whole series of G500 adopts multi-wire threaded connection, which abandons the traditional connection method of multi-bolt flange docking between the motor and the reducer; This connection method not only eliminates the need for flanges during connection, but also facilitates sealing. It is cost-effective and adaptable, and has been widely used in textile, logistics, tobacco and other industries.
5 Outlook
This production line can produce both finger cakes and India flying cakes, for each cake can be produced with different recipes, it can be said that it is a line of multi-purpose, saving the cost of the end user and the production site. This automated production line for the processing of cakes is a precedent in the country, and Lenze is currently promoting the solution.
