The North American plant has achieved a total mass of about 95 kg, which is reduced by nearly 10 percent. The motor speed of the system has been increased from 120 r/min to 1, 600 r/min. Through this deep integration of the system, the coaxiality error of the motor and the reducer is eliminated, the structural stiffness of the assembly is improved, and the vibration and noise are reduced. When the efficiency of the reducer is increased by 1%, the cost is reduced by 10% to 15%.

Three-in-one integration means a perfect parts assembly process, especially for the power core of new energy vehicles, to meet the quality requirements of the assembly process, especially through the traceability of the overall product assembly to meet the compliance requirements of new energy vehicles, it is particularly important.

Since the process parameters reflect the information of the assembly process, that is, the process steps to produce the desired product. Through the recording and identification of process parameters by RFID, assembly process control and process data archiving can be carried out easily, efficiently and error-free, so as to detect problems in time and start statistical process control of rework and work-in-progress.

RFID systems, on the other hand, keep track of each component used in the final assembly process by adding an additional step to save the lineage data as if it were archiving process data. By merging all component data and process information, the entire manufacturing process of a part is documented for future recall in the event of recalls, compensation, and violations.
