There are almost no industrial workers in the 20,000-square-meter factory, and they are all made of robots. Like the robots that make this welding robot, each one is multi-purpose, pick up different things, change the set of applications, and do different jobs. Factory introduction: After advanced hardware and modern management software to create such an intelligent production system, industrial robots can be used in batches for production.

Xinshida smart factory took the lead in testing and creating complex discrete production, that is, the robot made parts in different places, and finally the robot completed the assembly integration, and now this super factory has an annual output of 10,000 6-axis industrial robots, 500 sets of robot flexible workstations production capacity. With the use of batch robots, the amount of labor can be reduced by 80%, the one-time passing rate of product testing can be increased by 15%, and the output power per unit area can be increased by more than 30%.
