When the gas passes through the filter element, due to the resistance, inertia collision and intermolecular van der Waals force of the filter element, the electrostatic attraction and vacuum attraction are firmly adhered to the filter material fiber, and gradually increase into droplets, which drop into the bottom of the separator under the action of gravity. The principle of use of AirTAC oil-water separator
The oily water is pumped to the oil-water separator by the effluent, and after passing through the diffusion nozzle, large oil droplets float on the top of the left oil collection chamber.
The sewage containing small oil droplets enters the corrugated plate polymerizer in the lower part, and the oil droplets in the polymerized part enter the right oil collection chamber into larger oil droplets.
The sewage containing smaller particles of oil droplets is discharged from the impurities in the water through the fine filter and enters the fiber polymerizer in turn, so that the fine oil droplets are polymerized into larger oil droplets and separated from the water.
After separation, the clean water is discharged through the discharge port, the dirty oil in the left and right collecting chambers is automatically discharged through the solenoid valve, and the dirty oil separated by the fiber polymerizer is discharged through the manual valve.
The general maintenance methods are as follows:
Replace the filter cartridge regularly, check the filter bowl regularly, and check that the drainage is smooth.
Clean the filter regularly and open the drain valve at the bottom of the separator to remove sand and impurities from the lower part.
Clean the separating elements inside the separator in time and avoid cleaning the inner wall and elements of the separator with detergents.
In the event of a failure, the cause should be found out and the faulty polymer element should be replaced in time.
AirTAC oil-water separators are usually discharged from the drain valve without any problems. In addition to the freezing of the water separated by the oil-water separator in winter, it will also cause the blockage of the energy supply gas circuit, affect the transmission of braking force, lead to the reduction of the promotion force of the brake during braking, and the insufficient braking force when the oil-water separator leaks.
