3. When teaching, we must pay attention to the teaching speed: the robot and the welding tong, when the welding tong and the workpiece are close, use a lower speed to teach, so as to prevent the collision between the ADP manipulator and the welding tong, and the welding tong and the workpiece.
4. In the teaching process and the work process, one program is not completed, it is forbidden to teach another program, after the teaching or correction is completed, the correctness of the program should be carefully verified, and the normal working condition can be switched to after verification.
3. Maintenance and operation of ADP robot control cabinet:
1. Install the workpiece to be welded as required and press the green running button.
2. Manually sort out the inside of the nozzle for each 4 workpieces welded and keep the fuel injection transmitter free of blockage, and there is oil in the oil bottle.
3. After welding, loosen the fixture and then disassemble the workpiece, and check whether there are uncleaned splash burrs in the nozzle and whether the welding wire is bent after each workpiece.
4. If there is a fault alarm during the operation of the Edpro robot, there are pores, welded bad workpieces, collision pliers, clamps, and the debugging procedures shall not be debugged without permission, and the commissioner shall be contacted immediately.
5. Keep the water cooler heat sink clean and the water level is not lower than the warning line, the manipulator body is sorted out once a week, and once a day, and the gripper is changed once a month.
