Available port types: manifold mount, 22 mm OD cone male and G 3/8 female fittings provide the flexibility to choose the pneumatic connection that best suits the customer's application.
Linear Output: Provides a more intuitive sensor signal than the original output of a basic mass flow sensor, helping to reduce production costs and design and implementation time.
Wide supply voltage range (3 Vdc to 10 Vdc): Flexibly controlled power supply circuitry gives designers the freedom to choose the most suitable supply voltage for use in the system.
ASIC-based I2C digital output: Easy integration into a microprocessor or microcontroller reduces PCB complexity and component count.
Factory or customizable calibration for multiple gas types: Factory calibration can be performed on a wide range of gases such as dry air, helium (He), argon (Ar), nitrogen (N2), nitrous oxide (N2O), and carbon dioxide (CO2), or customized calibration for the end user without the use of gas correction factors.
