I often encounter Fanuc machine tool alarms that plague me, so let's analyze what kinds of Fanuc alarms are there and how to solve them?

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0301, APC Alarm - Communication Error

1. Check the feedback line to see if there is any poor contact. Replace the feedback line;

2. Check the servo drive control side plate and replace the control side plate;

3. Replace the pulse encoder.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0306, APC Alarm - Spill Alarm

1. Confirm whether the parameters No.2084 and No.2085 are normal;

1. Check whether the SDU of the detached interface unit is normal;

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0401 – Servo Ready Signal Disconnected

1. Check the diagnosis No.358, convert it into binary values according to the content of No.358, and further confirm the fault point of the 401 alarm.

2. Check the MCC circuit;

3. Check the EMG emergency stop circuit;

4. Check whether the signal cable connection between the drivers is normal;

5. More power supply unit.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0407 in Synchronous Control - Alarm for Excessive Error

1. Check the deviation value of synchronous control position;

2. Check whether the synchronization control is normal.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0409 alarm when moving the axis

1. Check the load of the shaft when moving;

2. Confirm whether the machine is stuck;

3. Confirm whether the servo parameter setting is normal;

4. Replace the servo motor;

5. Replace the servo drive.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0410 - Alarm for Excessive Error When Stopping

1. Check whether the machine is stuck;

2. For the gravity shaft, check whether the 24VDC power supply of the brake is normal, and check whether the brake is loosened normally;

3. Disconnect the connection of the screw rod and other related mechanical parts, drive the motor separately, if it is normal, find MTB to check the mechanical part; If the fault persists, replace the motor or servo drive.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0411 - Alarm for Excessive Error When Moving

1. Check the load situation, if the load is too large.

2. Check whether the machine is stuck;

3. For the gravity shaft, whether the 24VDC power supply of the brake is normal, and check whether the brake is loosened normally;

4. Disconnect the connection of the screw rod and other related mechanical parts, drive the motor separately, if it is normal, find MTB to check the mechanical part; If the fault persists, the servo drive.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0417 - Servo Illegal DGTL Parameter Alarm

1. Check whether the digital servo parameter setting is correct;

2. Check the value of No.0203#4, when No.0203#4=1, the value of No.0352 will further judge the fault point, and when No.0203#4=0, the value of No.0280 will further judge the specific fault.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0421—Out-of-Tolerance (Semi-Closed Loop)

1. Check the position feedback error of semi-closed loop and full closed loop, and compare whether the setting value of parameter No.2118 is normal;

2. Check whether the position feedback error of semi-closed-loop and full-closed-loop is normal.

3. Check or shield the grating ruler;

Fanuc machine alarm: SV0430 - servo motor overheating alarm

1. Check and diagnose the temperature value of No.308 servo motor when it fails, and compare the actual temperature of the motor. If the displayed value is overheated, but the actual temperature of the motor is normal. replacement of motors;

2. Check whether the load of the motor is too large, and check whether the connecting parts between the motor and the screw rod are too tight or stuck. If the mechanical aspect is normal, replace the motor.

Fanuc machine tool alarm: SV0432 - inverter control voltage low alarm

1. Check whether the external input control voltage is normal, including transformers, electromagnetic contactors, etc.;

2. Replace the power supply unit.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: Occasionally SV0433 – Inverter DC Link Low Voltage Alarm

1. Check whether the peripheral lines are normal;

2. Confirm whether the vibration of the machine tool is too large, and ensure that the servo drive is not affected by vibration during use.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: Occasionally SV0434 - Inverter Control Voltage Low Alarm

Check whether the input power supply is normal, whether the voltage is stable, and whether the power is sufficient.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: Occasionally SV0435 – Inverter DC Link Low Voltage Alarm

1. Confirm whether the DC LINK bus terminal screws are locked;

2. If a full-axis or multi-axis alarm occurs, please refer to the PSM:04 alarm method to troubleshoot;

3. If the alarm occurs in a single axis, please replace the control side plate or drive of the shaft driver.

Fanuc Machine Alarm: SV0436 – Soft Overheating Alarm

1. Check whether the motor load is too large;

2. If it is a gravity axis, please confirm whether the 24VDC of the brake is normal and whether the brake is opened normally.

3. In the disarming part, whether the shaft of the disc motor is stuck, if it is stuck or the test machine failure is still there, please replace the motor; If it is not stuck, the test machine is normal, please contact the machine tool manufacturer to check the mechanical part.

Fanuc machine alarm: SV0438 - inverter current abnormal alarm

1. Check whether the power line is damaged, short circuit to the ground, and replace the power line;

2. Measure whether the three sides of the motor are insulated, if not, replace the motor;

3. Replace the servo drive.
