Introduction: The Rosemount/Rosemount Fixed Gas Detector 925FGD, the Rosemount 925FGD gas detector uses non-dispersive infrared (IR) technology to detect flammable gas leaks early in the process. As the first fixed gas detector designed by Rosemount, it has excellent features and performance specifications to meet a wide range of flammable gas detection needs. Equipped with a Rosemount 625 gas sensor, this fixed gas detector is globally certified to the latest hazardous area and performance standards.

The transmitter can be adapted to a wide range of flammable gas sensors, identifies newly installed gas sensors, and automatically uploads the specific configuration table of the gas sensor

The gas sensor will use digital means to maintain continuous communication, providing stable and precise protection with a fast response even over long distances

The Rosemount 925FGD gas detector has excellent performance specifications for the detection of flammable gases, such as accuracy, response time, operating temperature range, zero drift, and more

Ingress protection up to IP66

The gas sensors are pre-calibrated for easy connection to transmitters and can be calibrated at the factory for gases such as butane, propane, methane, ethylene or ethane

The gas sensor can be pre-calibrated and then installed in the field

Configuration settings and calibration information can be retained

Its smart sensor modules are calibrated at longer intervals, reducing maintenance costs and downtime
