(1) Check whether there is loosening in the multistage pump pipeline and joint. Turn the multistage pump by hand to see if the multistage pump is sensitive.
(2) Lubricate the bearing oil in the bearing body, observe the oil level at the center line of the oil standard, and replace or replenish the lubricating oil in time.
(3) Unscrew the diversion screw plug of the pump body of the multistage pump and pour the diversion water (or slurry).
(4) Close the gate valve of the outlet pipeline, the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum gauge.
(5) Jog the motor, try to see if the motor steering is correct.
(6) If the multistage pump is out of use for a long time, the pump needs to be disassembled, wiped dry, and the rotating parts and joints should be coated with grease and installed.
(7) Try to control the flow and head of the multistage pump within the range indicated on the sign, so as to ensure that the multistage pump works at the highest efficiency point, in order to achieve the greatest energy-saving effect.
(8) In the working process of multistage pump, the bearing temperature can not exceed the ambient temperature of 35C, and the maximum temperature shall not exceed 80C.
(9) If it is found that the multistage pump has abnormal sound response, stop immediately to check the reason.
(10) When the multistage pump is to be suspended, close the gate valve and pressure gauge first, and then stop the motor.
(11) The lubricating oil of the multistage pump shall be replaced after 100 hours within the first month of operation, and the oil shall be changed once every 500 hours thereafter.
(12) The multistage pump frequently adjusts the packing gland to ensure that the drip condition in the packing chamber is normal (it is advisable to leak out the droplet).
(13) Check the wear status of the multi-stage pump sleeve regularly, and replace it in time after the wear is large.
(14) When the multistage pump is used in the cold winter, after stopping, the lower part of the pump body should be unscrewed to release the medium. Avoid freezing and cracking.
(15) Start the motor, when the multi-stage pump works normally, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump to see that it shows the appropriate pressure, and gradually open the gate valve to check the load of the motor together.
