Embedded IPC principle
Embedded industrial computers are different from the 1U, 2U, and 4U machines we usually use, and its environment and temperature requirements are more stringent, and they are generally customized according to the customer's specific environment. With the increasing perfection of industrial intelligent technology, embedded industrial computers have realized its functions in various industries and fields.
The embedded IPC has a small body, which is a good way to concentrate the main hardware of the IPC in the chassis, which occupies less space and is simple and convenient to install and maintain. It can be placed in almost any device and control cabinet.
First of all, the chassis adopts a fully enclosed fanless design, the heat dissipation contact surface of the CPU is coated with a layer of thermally conductive silicone, and the thermally conductive silicone sheet is in direct contact with the fins of the case, which transfers the internal heat of the industrial computer to the fins, thus forming an effective heat dissipation without a fan placed inside the case.
Secondly, the embedded industrial computer is silent and dust-proof, and the heat of the machine itself is dissipated through the fully enclosed alloy chassis, which can not only solve the heat dissipation problem of the industrial computer, but also play a dust-proof and moisture-proof role.
Finally, the embedded industrial computer uses an embedded, low-power motherboard, and a lot of hardware of the machine itself is integrated on the motherboard, so it can well avoid problems caused by various external connections.
How to use the embedded IPC
Because the industrial control industry pays attention to the stability of the equipment and few changes, the life cycle of the embedded industrial computer is generally as long as 7-10 years compared with the short life cycle of one or two years of commercial PCs. 1. First put the embedded industrial control all-in-one machine body in a stable place, and accurately embed the base into the body;
