Solenoid valve installation precautions

1. Before the equipment, you should carefully read the operation manual of the product, check whether the product can fully meet the application needs, understand the key to the equipment, and prepare for the operation.

2. Check whether the parameters marked on the nameplate can be the parameters of the selected product and whether they can be consistent with the instructions.

3. Before acceptance, the pipeline is fully washed with a pressure of 0.3Mpa, and the metal powder, residual sealing material, rust and scale in the pipeline are completely eradicated.

4. Pay attention to the cleanliness of the medium, if the dirt and other impurities mixed in the medium prevent the normal operation of the solenoid valve, the pipeline should be equipped with a filter.

5. The solenoid valve should not be installed in the low recess of the pipeline, such as in the discharge pipeline of the container, and should not be drawn from the bottom of the container, but should be installed in the direction slightly above the bottom of the container.

6. If the medium will appear to be water hammer, then probably choose a multi-functional solenoid valve or adopt corresponding precautions.

7. The inlet side of the solenoid valve for steam should be equipped with a trap, which should be tilted, and the trap should be installed in a low position and equipped with a multi-way backwash filter.

8. The flow direction of the solenoid valve is usually directional, not reversed, usually on the valve body with the "arrow" to point out the direction of the medium activity, the equipment should be in accordance with the "arrow" to indicate the direction of the equipment.

9. Usually the solenoid coil parts of the solenoid valve should be upright and perpendicular to the pipeline, some products have special regulations, please follow the instructions for the equipment.

10. Attention should be paid to the acceptance, and the sealing material should not be used excessively. If the thread is connected, the acceptance thread should be kept within the useful length, and the end half pitch should be chamfered with a file, and the sealing tape should be wrapped around the end at the 2 teeth from the end, otherwise the excess sealing tape or adhesive will enter the solenoid valve, and the incident that prevents normal operation will occur.

11. There should be a certain reserved space for the solenoid valve equipment to be maintained and repaired on time.

12. When the equipment is fixed, fix the valve body with a wrench or pipe wrench, and then screw it on to accept, and do not act on the coil assembly to cause deformation, making it difficult for the solenoid valve to operate normally.

13. In the case of lack of rigidity of the pipeline, or the appearance of water hammer, please fix the front and rear of the valve with brackets.

14. When used in frozen places, use thermal insulation materials to maintain the pipes or set heaters on the pipes.

15. Confess whether there is any leakage between the solenoid valve itself and its connection with the acceptance.

16. Check the connection of the coil lead wires correctly, especially when there are three lead wires.

17. Electrical components connected to solenoid valves, such as relays, switches and contactors. The contact should not vibrate when opening the valve, otherwise the operation will be unreliable and affect the life of the solenoid valve.

18. The electrical circuit should be connected to the corresponding stable line as the maintenance of the electrical circuit.

19. In order to maintain and repair the operation of convenience, or uninterrupted continuous production, it is recommended to use the bypass isolation equipment method for the general solenoid valve.
