Load the organization

The role of the loading tissue is to apply a downward loading force from the top of the pressure reducing valve. The loading structure of the FITOK pressure reducing valve is mainly the loading of tension springs. Reliable and cost-effective, spring loading is the most versatile loading device in pressure reducing valves, and the amount of tension spring loading force is adjusted by the operating handle to tighten the tension spring.

Sensing tissue

The function of the sensing organization is to adjust the lifting of the poppet spool through the change of the outlet pressure of the induction pressure reducing valve. There are two main types of sensing tissues: diaphragm and piston. Diaphragms are generally used for high-purity semiconductor applications with low handling and sensitive pressure. Freetok Hastelloy diaphragm pressure sensing structure ensures excellent sensitivity and set-point pressure stability. The piston sensing tissue cannot be used for high purity applications due to the constraints of the O-ring seal, but it can accept higher pressures and is suitable for higher pressure environments than diaphragm acceptance. The piston sensing tissue is also highly resistant to pressure peak damage and has a short stroke, so it can extend its service life to the maximum limit.

Manipulating the organization

The role of the manipulative organization is to effectively enforce the reduction of high inlet pressure to low outlet pressure. The primary component of the operating organization is the poppet. The poppet moves towards or away from the seat to adjust the flow area of the medium in the regulator to complete the reduction of the medium pressure to the desired outlet pressure. In diaphragm pressure reducing valves, the pressure reducing valve can be divided into two structural types: free poppet and tied diaphragm, depending on whether the poppet is connected to the diaphragm or not. In a free-spool construction, the poppet only touches the diaphragm when the outlet pressure is at or below the set pressure. Different from the free spool structure, the poppet spool of the combined barrier pressure reducing valve is mechanically connected with the diaphragm, when the outlet pressure exceeds the set pressure, the diaphragm is shortened upward, and then the poppet spool is pulled upward, and then the active shut-off of the valve is completed, which improves the sealing and safety of the system. In addition, the wetting area of the FITOK joint barrier pressure reducing valve is selected without threads and tension spring planning, which improves the cleanliness of the pipeline and is suitable for ultra-high purity use.
