1. The brand of memory

Nowadays, there are many memory brands on the market, so there are some differences in functionality.

2. The number of pins in the memory

Pin refers to the pin connection on the memory circuit board, also known as gold finger, according to its number is divided into 30 lines, 72 lines, 168 lines, 184 lines, 240 lines, 280 lines, etc., among them, 168 lines are SDRAM memory interface types, 184 lines are DDR SDRAM memory interface types, and 240 lines are DDR2 and DDR3 memory interface types. Line 280 is a DDR4 memory interface type.DDR3 is an industrial computer memory standard. It belongs to the SDRAM family of memory products, which provides higher operating efficiency and lower voltage than DDR2 SDRAM, and is the successor (up to eight times) of DDR2 SDRAM (Synchronous Dynamic Random Access Memory), which is also the popular memory product standard. The card slot on a DDR4 module is not the same as the card slot on a DDR3 module. Both have slots, but the DDR4 slots are positioned slightly differently to avoid mounting the module into incompatible motherboards or platforms. 4. Operating voltage

The operating voltage of the memory is the voltage required for normal use, and the operating voltage of DDR SDRAM memory is 2.5V. DDR3 uses 1.8V and DDR4 memory uses 1.2V. If the voltage of the memory job is abnormal, the memory job will be unstable or not working.
